One of Gustav Mahler’s most beloved movements in all of his symphonic works, the Adagietto (fourth movement) of his 5th symphony is originally scored for harp and strings. This arrangement was created for the Eastman Saxophone Project and was premiered along with harpist Anna Dunlap in April 2018 at the Eastman School of Music.
This arrangement requires 2 soprano, 2 alto, 2 tenor, 2 baritone, and 1 bass saxophone with 1 harp.
